Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Payment may be made by credit card, personal check, or money order.
If you have a gift certificate, coupon, or discount that will affect the price of the object(s) you would like to order, please email us at order@bookstrategy.com. We will create a custom reserved item in our store that includes any products you wish to buy and the new price after the discount or credit. You will be able to find your listing in the store under "Reserved for [Your Name] [Date of Listing]". Reserved listings remain open for one week from the time they are first posted.
Personal check payments for classes and coaching groups must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the first class meeting.

Purchases of BookStrategy books, kits, and cards are non-refundable, but we would be delighted to make an exchange or to replace any products that arrived damaged or were shipped incorrectly.
BookStrategy classes and coaching groups are also non-refundable. However:
If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the start of the first session, we will issue a credit for the amount of class tuition that you may apply to another class, coaching or consulting services, or product purchases.
If you need to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start of the first session, we will issue a credit for the amount of the tuition less a $25 cancellation fee.
